Surgical Scissors

We understand that surgery can be scary for pet owners. While it is impossible eliminate 100% of risks associated with anesthetic procedures in veterinary or human medicine, we are dedicated to reducing that risk as much as possible. Thorough physical exam and pre-surgical bloodwork allows us to identify abnormalities that would affect your pet's ability to undergo their procedure and create an individualized surgical plan and anesthesia protocol. Your veterinarian will be accompanied by a licensed veterinary technician and a veterinary assistant throughout the entirety of their surgery from anesthesia induction and recovery. Our highly trained staff uses state of the art monitoring equipment while following stringent anesthesia and monitoring guidelines set forth by the American Animal Hospital. To promote healing, your pet's incision site will be treated with our non-invasive Companion Animal therapy laser and you will be sent home with detailed aftercare instructions.
