The Reception Area
The entire team at Midway Veterinary Hospital is crossed-trained in many areas of the Hospital. Because of this, you and your pets may meet some, if not all, of the staff at Midway during your visits to the Hospital. Each staff member is dedicated to meeting your pet's needs and is available to you during the Hospital's hours of operation. We ask that you phone in advance for an appointment to ensure that each patient receives the quality care which they deserve with as little waiting as possible. Emergencies are exceptions, and will take priority depending on their severity.
In our reception area, our front office team will greet you and your pet enthusiastically and get you checked in and ready for your appointment. They will also answer any questions you may have about your account or products which we carry. Our lobby is an inviting room with places to secure your pet's leash, comfortable benches, and informative videos playing about a variety of different animal related topics.

For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options. We are happy to honor your personal check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. And, of course, cash is always welcome! Additionally. we are pleased to now offer Care Credit. Please see the side bar on the right for details on this new payment method.
